06/27/07: Home construction well under way

This has been an exciting year for Humber Developments, the developers of Marble View Estates in Humber Valley, NL. With the infrastructure now in place, new homes starting, and interest growing daily, Project Manager Darren Pilgrim has been busy managing the new activity. In particular, Riverbend Log Homes have selected a river front lot for construction of a 5000 square foot model log home. Riverbend's local dealer, Greg Mercer said "we looked at all the developments in the Humber Valley and determined Marble View Estates has the best combination of views, beach, privacy and value. Humber Developments has put together a terrific build team as well."
